What are your payment terms?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Checks, Cash and Money Orders. Orders paid by checks drawn from an out of state bank will be processed only after funds are verified. 


Can you special order parts not normally stocked at your store?

 We currently have thousands of sources to order products from. Please send us an email or give us a call and we will research and find the product you are requesting and provide you a cost for this item. Usually special order merchandise only takes only one or two days to arrive at our store.


How long will it take to get my computer diagnosed and repaired?

 Many factors go into this answer and every computer repair is different. Most repairs take between one to three days, however other factors can come into play, like the complexity of the repair as well as how many other computer repairs arrived in front of yours. Our technicians will try to estimate the amount of time it will take at the time of check in, if possible.

Do you work on Apple computers, iPods, or Cell Phones?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not currently work on Apple or Mac computer systems, iPods, or cell phones. 


What is the local sales tax in your area?

 Six percent sales tax is collected for all purchases shipped within the state of Kentucky. Deliveries made by our delivery vehicle into the state of Indiana will be charged their tax rate of seven percent on all purchases.  


What is your return policy?


All product returns must be within 15 days and accompanied by original sales receipt. All returns are subject to the following restrictions: All products must be returned in the original selling condition which includes, but is not limited to packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. No returns will be allowed on any software, installed hardware, custom built hardware (e.g., computer systems) or any special order merchandise. All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
