Update: May 11, 2020

As per the governors orders for open businesses, and for the safety of everyone involved, we are now requiring all employees as well as customers to wear masks while in the store. We pledge to continue to monitor developments as businesses begin to reopen and implement any additional contingency plans as needed or required. Thank you for your understanding. 


Update: April 30, 2020

For the safety of both our customers, as well as our employees, installation of acrylic sneeze guards have been completed at our cashier counter and repair check in stations. All previous orders and policies will remain in effect until further notice. We pledge to continue to monitor developments as businesses begin to reopen and implement any additional contingency plans as needed or required. Update: April 09, 2020

 As per the executive order signed today (Wednesday 4/08/20) by governor Beshear, S.E.C. will limit the the number of shoppers to enter the business to one adult member per household. All previous orders and policies will remain in effect at this time. Thank you for your understanding. 


Update: March 31, 2020

Effective March 30th 2020, S.E.C. Custom Computers will begin closing Saturdays as well as our normal Sunday closure. This measure is only temporarily until the current health crisis is over and all of our lives return to normal. We will continue our normal weekday hours on Monday through Friday. Thank you.


Update: March 25, 2020

 As per the executive order signed today (Wednesday 3/25/20) by governor Beshear, we will continue to be allowed to remain open to serve your computer needs. We will continue to follow the strict safety guidelines that we implemented on March 19th, which is outlined below. We will continue to follow all recommendations and orders by the Kentucky Governor’s Office. As everyone around the world navigates the temporary uncertainty around COVID-19, I want to personally let you know that we are committed to all of our customers, and we are taking the necessary steps to ensure the highest level of service continues during this devastating and uncertain time. Our goal is to remain open but our focus is on protecting our employees as well as you, our friends and customer.

Update: March 19, 2020

For the safety of our employees as well as our customers, we have implemented the following policies effective immediately;

1. All employees and customers will practice social distancing and will maintain a 6’ distance from each other at all possible times.
2. Due to the above distance policy, customer WILL NOT be allowed to enter the technician area and or directly interact with the technician while your computer is being repaired.
3. All in-home service repairs have been suspended until further notice. Remote support has been implemented and will be utilized when possible.
4. Contactless payment is available and recommended for your convenience and safety.
5. While we appreciate ALL of our customers, during this difficult time we are asking that you utilize only the time needed to conduct your business needs.
6. Our staff has been instructed to clean door entrances, counters, and areas of customer contact, on a regular basis throughout the day.
7. Our staff has been instructed to sanitize after each direct customer interaction, including every cash register transaction.
